control your music using swipe gestures
Whether you are on a treadmill, a bike or exercising, you can easily control your music. Swipe Up or Down to control Volume, swipe Left or Right to go to the previous song or the next one respectively. A double tap would Play/Pause the music
Show activity progress using bar charts
Taking your Activity stats from your Apple Watch, your stats are displayed in a Bar chart format. Using white “tally bars”, it shows how many times you have beaten your goals for the day, something not easily displayed by Activity Rings. Tap the bar charts to retrieve the updated stats.
change Stand, Calorie & Exercise targets on demand
If you feel that 30 minutes is too long or too short for a given day, you can always change it. The same goes with your target Calories to burn as well as the number of Stands you have to make for the day.
disable the screen lock / time out so your music controls are always available
It is very convenient to have a large target area to control your music playback. But when the screen locks, you will have to unlock your device to get it back. You now have an option to disable the screen lock so that while exercising or on the move, you always have those controls handy.
access your music stored in your device or those in the apple music cloud
Not only that you will be able to listen to your locally stored music, with Apple Music subscription, your music can be streamed to your device
Your apple watch becomes your remote control
Depending on the activity your are doing and your distance from your phone, your Apple Watch will display the controls so you can also control your music using your Apple Watch
